🚫 No Returns or Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products (innerwear and lingerie), we do NOT offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only ONCE per order.
- Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging.
- Size-related exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Delivery and reverse shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery charges for exchange are subject to change and may be added at any time.

- Color or print preferences cannot be guaranteed for exchanges due to high inventory turnover.
- Products sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
